PanchangJi is a service provided by Jeevan Lekha LLC ("we", "us", "our").
PanchangJi is built on a simple bargain: you tell it your story, and it keeps that story for you alone. This page says, in plain language, exactly what is stored, what will never be done with it, and the controls you hold. The short version: your record is yours. Export it anytime, delete it anytime.
What is stored, and why
- Birth details: date, time, and place, for you and any family profiles you add. These are required to compute the charts. If a birth time is uncertain, that uncertainty is stored too, so readings are not over-claimed.
- Conversations: everything you and PanchangJi have said. This is the continuity the service is built on: the next answer builds on all the ones before it.
- Family profiles: charts you add for a spouse, parent, child, or sibling. Each is kept clearly separated and can be deleted on its own at any time.
- Remedial history: the practices you committed to, so reminders arrive on the right mornings and follow-ups make sense.
- WhatsApp contact details: the number you write from, used to deliver the replies and nothing else.
- Plan and access status: whether you use Free, your first free day, a 1-Week Pass, or Pro, and when paid access ends. Payment details are handled by the payment processor, not stored here.
- Minimal operational logs: delivery and error records, kept briefly so the service stays reliable.
That is the whole list. We keep only what PanchangJi needs to answer the next question.
What is never done
- Your data is never sold.
- Your conversations are never used to advertise to you.
- Your conversations are never used to train public models; what you share stays inside your record.
- Your family profiles are never shared with anyone.
Your controls
Ask for any of these, in plain words, inside your chat:

Retention and cancellation
If you cancel, your record is kept so you can export it or return to it. A confirmed deletion request pauses your record and schedules erasure after 14 full days. Send any message before the deadline to cancel it and continue the conversation. Future plan charges stop when deletion is confirmed; paid access requires a new purchase if you return. There is no lock-in or winding-down fee.
