PanchangJi is a service provided by Jeevan Lekha LLC ("we", "us", "our").

What the service is

PanchangJi gives guidance, not guarantees. Your kundalis, dashas, and transits are computed deterministically from precise astronomical ephemeris data within the classical Parashari and Jaimini frameworks; interpretation enters only to read what those charts say, in your language, for your question. The guidance speaks to timing, temperament, preparation, and practice. Decisions remain yours.

Ask anything, and the hard lines

You can ask PanchangJi anything. Nothing is too small, too awkward, or too private, and it answers without judging. Two hard lines protect you: it will never use fear to sell you anything, and it does not replace a doctor, a lawyer, or a financial advisor. Difficult periods are described plainly: a heavy dasha has a shape, a beginning, and an end.

What each plan includes

Every plan includes chart-based guidance and daily Panchang, tithi, festival and timing updates. Free is $0 forever, with one birth profile and one consultation each week, plus up to three follow-ups. The 1-Week Pass includes two birth profiles, unlimited consultations and follow-ups for seven days, and proactive insights and remedy follow-through. Pro includes those benefits, up to four birth profiles total, and special personalized reports. Your self profile counts toward each plan’s profile limit.

Launch access

New users who sign up directly receive a free day of Pro for their self profile, with unlimited consultations and follow-ups. Your day starts when we begin answering your first guidance question. If the request fails before producing any guidance, your day stays unused. Each day is 24 continuous hours once started. First-day access is for your self profile only, without Family seats. Proactive benefits begin when your free day starts. Checking your account or making a payment does not start your free clock. Free access never charges automatically. Trials never require payment details. After the first day or any paid plan expires, your account returns to Free forever: one consultation each week, with up to three follow-up questions, plus daily Panchang, tithi and festival updates.

Referrals

Ask PanchangJi for your personal referral link and share it with a new user. You both receive seven days of Pro. The new user receives Pro when they join through your link. You receive Pro after they complete their self profile and first consultation. Earned Pro days can stack, with no invite-count cap. Unused earned days do not expire; an already-running period continues to elapse. Link visits, incomplete onboarding, existing users and self-referrals do not qualify.

Referral credits and optional purchase

Buy a plan whenever you choose through the secure payment link PanchangJi sends you. On a successful first purchase, unused free time, including partial days, converts once to proportional credit against that purchase. You see the full plan price, credit and net amount before confirmation. A canceled or failed purchase preserves your free access. A reward is used as free time or monetary credit, never both.

During a paid term, each earned day becomes proportional monetary credit: the contracted plan amount after plan discounts, before tax and referral credits, divided by the term's actual length in 24-hour days. Annual plans use their annual amount and actual annual term; a pass uses seven days. Early-purchase conversion uses the selected offer and its initial term. Amount, currency and valuation are fixed when the credit is earned.

Credit reduces eligible future billing without changing renewal dates. Excess credit carries forward in the same currency. Unused monetary credits do not expire, including after cancellation, and cannot be paid out as cash. Refund requests are handled individually; any reversal reconciles the original credit allocation without paying promotional value as cash or recreating an already-used reward.

Billing

You can buy a one-time 1-Week Pass for $16 with two birth profiles total, or subscribe to Pro for $42/month or $420/year ($35/month equivalent) with up to four profiles total. Both paid plans include unlimited consultations and follow-ups. Special personalized reports are included with Pro only. All plan prices are fixed in USD worldwide, regardless of your phone number or location. For the 1-Week Pass, we quote and charge the converted price in your phone country's currency for one day. For Pro, we show an estimated amount in that currency; Stripe selects the currency and shows the final amount before payment. Stripe converts the fixed USD price again at each automatic renewal, so the local amount may change with the exchange rate and conversion fee. The 1-Week Pass does not renew. Pro subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled; you can cancel any time with one message. There are no per-question fees and no charges inside the chat. After cancellation or expiry, your account returns to Free, which is free forever.

Fair use

There is no per-minute meter and no per-question fee. PanchangJi is meant for genuine questions and follow-ups. It is not emergency or crisis support, and spam or abusive use may be limited to keep the service dependable for everyone.

Delivery

PanchangJi answers over WhatsApp. Your personal messages are protected by WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption in transit; PanchangJi's own storage and handling of your record are governed by the privacy policy.
